Tier 2 and 3 Race Nights

These nights are designed to give HOSS members who don’t necessarily have the time to commit to getting into the monthly HOSS Fast 8 race night a chance to have their own race night with drivers of similar pace and ability.

 

Eligibilty:
This night is open to HOSS members who did not make it into the combined top 8 from the previous months leaderboards (Invites for race night will be sent out for the next 8-16 fastest HOSS members on our leaderboards)

• Qualification is based on leaderboard positions:

• • Top 16 members (excluding the Fast  with the lowest combined leaderboard positions.

  • Minimum of 12 drivers across both tiers required to hold a Tier 3 race night.

  • If no Tier 3 race is held, Tier 2 may run alongside the Fast 8 (though not always).

 

Simulator Allocation Rules (2025):

• 1st Pick: Driver with the most laps completed across both leaderboards.

• 2nd to 8th Picks: Ranked by descending lap counts.

             

Entry Fee:

​Flat rate of $35 per driver, regardless of simulator allocation.

 

Night Structure and race Time:

Race nights will consist of the two car and track combinations from the previous months Leaderboards and will consist of the following sessions over about 80 Minutes drive time

Car and Track combo 1

• Qualifying 1 – 5 Minutes

• Race 1 – Sprint race – 10 Minutes

• Qualifying 2 – 5 Minutes

• Race 2 – Longer race –20  Minutes

Car and Track combo 2

• Qualifying 1 – 5 Minutes

• Race 1 – Sprint race – 10 Minutes

• Qualifying 2 – 5 Minutes

• Race 2 – Longer race –20  Minutes

How To Enter:

Entries will open up on the 1st of Each month following the end of the previous months leaderboards. Eligible members will be tagged in the members facebook group page.

Simply reply to the post with your sim choice keeping in mind someone may have commented before you with your same simulator choice.
